Lena Ferris MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in both surgical and chronic patient care. Lena earned her undergraduate nursing degree from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY, before going on to complete her graduate degree at Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, NC. Lena began her nursing career with several years of floor nursing before transitioning into the operating room as a nurse, where she developed a refined skill set in surgical care, and high-stakes clinical decision-making. Later, Lena went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree and served as a primary care provider before discovering her passion for Interventional Pain Management. With over 14 years of experience, Lena brings a crucial knowledge of patient care and complex skills to our patients.

Outside of the clinic, Lena is a devoted mother to two sons and a proud dog mom to three beloved pups. She stays active through a variety of exercise routines and enjoys watching baseball. As a family, she and her loved ones share a passion for travel and exploring new destinations around the world.
