Kayla Morgan Cloninger, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in acute and chronic patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Carolina University in 2018 and began her nursing career at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, where she worked as a Trauma Registered Nurse for six years. This experience provided her with extensive expertise in managing complex patient conditions, critical care situations, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

To further advance her clinical practice, Morgan earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University. For the past 1.5 years, she has specialized in pain management, focusing on comprehensive patient assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and individualized care strategies designed to improve function, enhance quality of life, and optimize patient outcomes.
