Meet Carly Sullivan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Carly Sullivan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life and better manage chronic pain. She brings a diverse clinical background and a compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Carly gained extensive nursing experience in specialized healthcare settings, including neurocritical care, intensive care, travel nursing, and perioperative services. This diverse clinical background helps her understand each patient's unique health history, goals, and treatment needs.

Carly believes every patient deserves individualized care and works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving comfort, function, and daily quality of life.
