Scott Clingan, PA-C, MSHS back
clingan Scott Clingan joined Carolinas Pain Institute in 2010 after working seven years in orthopaedic spine surgery and physical medicine & rehabilitation. In addition, Scott serves as a sub-investigator in the Center for Clinical Research, and actively involved in the Pain Society of the Carolinas. He is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

Scott graduated with academic distinction from the Physician Assistant Program at the Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2002. He earned a Master of Science in Health Sciences degree in the field of Clinical Management and Leadership from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He received his B.S. degree in biology from Mount Olive College, Mount Olive, NC.
